Responding to the Heritage Foundation

While researching poverty, I encountered a vile report from the Heritage Foundation.

The Heritage Foundation uses the reality that many poor people have computers, microwaves, and televisions to ridicule the suffering of America’s poor.

I bought my computer in 2012–long before I knew finding work would be so difficult. The power supply died a few weeks ago. At least I have my mom’s. Sometimes, the keys stop working. A restart fixes that problem. I use my computer every day and hope it doesn’t stop working.

I got my iPhone in 2014. The case that was once waterproof is full of holes and the home button doesn’t always work. My iPhone won’t last much longer. Will it last until I can replace it?
