My Thoughts
I don’t like Emily Downing much. I know he was young, but I don’t like the idea that Emily was Miron’s first real girlfriend, or the fact that he slept with her the day before she married Greg Downing. Boy, that decision sure had a lot of ramifications, especially once Jeremy was born.
Setting aside my feelings about Emily, Darkest Fear kept me entertained. I had a hard time stopping when I was reading it. Once again, I had no idea how the plot was going to twist. Even when I don’t like everything about the main characters (something that is necessary) to have a story that seems believable), Darkest Fear kept me on my toes.
