Eyes of a Child is the third book in Richard North Patterson’s Christopher Paget Series. I have not read the first in the series. But I enjoyed the two I have read.

Reviewing Chromosome 6
Chromosome 6 is one of Robin Cook’s Jack Stapleton & Lauri Montgomery books. Since I like medical thrillers, the Stapleton and Montgomery characters, and Robin Cook’s stories, I enjoyed Chromosome 6.
Democrats Take Progressives for Granted
The verdict for this episode is: I will not unite behind a centrist candidate. In this episode, I discuss how the Democratic Party has never cared about progressives and progressive values, but the Democratic Party blames progressives when the Democratic Party’s centrist candidates lose. https://media.blubrry.com/jonathansimeonepodcast/content.blubrry.com/jonathansimeonepodcast/Never_Unite.mp3Podcast: Play in new window | Download (Duration: 7:36 — 3.5MB)… Continue reading Democrats Take Progressives for Granted

Reviewing King & Maxwell
King & Maxwell is the last book in David Baldacci’s King & Maxwell series. I read the previous books in the series years ago. Somehow, I didn’t realize the King & Maxwell book had been released. I’m glad I discovered it a few days ago.
Reviewing I know a Secret
I Know a Secret is the 12th and so far final book in Tess Gerritsen’s Rizzoli & Isles series. I have now read all 12 books in the series. I Know a Secret left me hoping it’s not the last of the series.
Reviewing Blue Moon

I started with Muzzled because it was there and I didn’t know it was the second in the series. I enjoyed muzzled and am planning on reading the rest of… Continue reading Reviewing Muzzled
Reviewing Die Again
Die Again is the eleventh book in Tess Gerritsen’s Rizzoli & Isles series. I have read and enjoyed each of the first eleven books in the series, but Die Again was one of my favorite.
We can Afford Medicare For All
The verdict for this episode is: we don’t have universal health care because we choose not to have universal health care. In this episode, I discuss how the politicians and media owned by corporations lie about the cost of Medicare For All. https://media.blubrry.com/jonathansimeonepodcast/content.blubrry.com/jonathansimeonepodcast/We_can_afford.mp3Podcast: Play in new window | Download (Duration: 9:13 — 4.2MB) | Embedsubscribe… Continue reading We can Afford Medicare For All

Reviewing Personal Injuries
Personal Injuries is another look at the legal system written by Scott Turow. After reading Personal Injuries, I discovered it was Time Magazine’s fiction book for the year of 1999. While I liked Personal Injuries, I can’t imagine thinking it was the best fiction book of an entire year.
